We believe that our management team together with other Gores personnel are well positioned to identify operationally-oriented acquisition opportunities in the marketplace and that our network and transaction sources, ranging from owners and directors of private and public companies, private equity funds, investment bankers, lenders, attorneys, accountants and other trusted advisors across various sectors, will allow us to generate attractive acquisition opportunities.
